Monthly ‘Morning Pages’ check in with me on zoom for members journaling or doing The Artist’s Way. Journaling is great for both creativity and personal wellness. A ‘check in’ in the Artist’s Way book is a process where you look over how your journaling has gone over a certain period of time, what barriers we may have encountered, and how we can support each other in this endeavour.
